We take care of your needs, adapt solutions and take appropriate care of everything.   B3 Consulting Poland is not just a workplace, it is a community of enthusiastic people 🙌🙌   If you want to be part of our crew, we invite you on a journey to a galaxy far, far away 🚀     We are currently looking for Senior .NET Back-End Developer who will join the project and and help developscalable back-end cloud services (AWS)     🚀Role focus areas: • Designing and developing high‑performance back-end services in .NET (C#) in an AWS cloud environment, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. • Building and maintaining solutions based on AWS (including cloud services and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB) and integrating the back end with other systems and interfaces. • Collaborating with Front-End, QA, and business stakeholders: taking part in architectural decisions, code reviews, sprint planning, and supporting less experienced engineers.   🚀What you need to join us: Must have: • At least 5 years of commercial experience in back-end development with .NET (C#) at Senior level, covering the full software development lifecycle. • Hands-on experience with AWS in production environments, including cloud services and NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB). • Strong back-end engineering fundamentals: API design, integrations, performance, maintainability, and solid system architecture. • Experience with Git and modern code review workflows, as well as working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). • Very good communication and teamwork skills, availability to work with a Poland-based team (PL/EU working hours), and a degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). • English - B2/C1 • You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here Nice to have: • Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (e.g. when collaborating with Front-End or in tooling/testing support). • Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium and an understanding of QA methodologies and release processes. • Experience or education in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. • A mentoring mindset: enjoys sharing knowledge, coaching others, and reinforcing good practices through code reviews, pairing, and pragmatic guidance.   🚀On board with B3 you will receive: • Health and sports benefits tailored to your needs • Free running and swimming training, internal triathlon team, joint competitions (Warsaw) • Tailor-made development activities to deepen expert knowledge • Cyclical initiatives allowing development in IT fields other than the current one
