Senior .NET Engineer

Clear recruitment process: - Introductory meeting - we are a close-knit team, and getting to know each other is our priority! - Technical screening with Senior .NET Engineers - after that stage, you won’t have any unanswered technical questions! - A meeting with Director of Engineering - to get to know each other better and ensure we're aligned on values and expectations! 🤝 This is a B2B freelance position. We operate on an hourly basis, and you will invoice us monthly for the hours you work. Initially, we will need you on a reduced schedule, but starting around May, we plan to transition to a full-time commitment. Wymagania: We're looking for you if: - You’re great at collaborating with clients, advising them on solutions, and building long-lasting relationships. - You have experience supporting the team in solving technical problems. - You have 6+ years of commercial experience with .NET and prior hands-on experience in frontend development (e.g., with React or similar frameworks). - You have a strong background in planning, designing, and executing software architecture and you’re confident in designing technical solutions from the ground up. - You have commercial experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. - You make architectural decisions and ensure code quality according to .NET best practices. - You know Entity Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful APIs. - You are proficient in English (C1 level). - You can work on a B2B contract / freelance. Nice to have: - You have experience with React, React Native, GitHub Actions, Gigya SDK, and web app security. - You have practical experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup, infrastructure configuration, and basic networking. Codzienne zadania: - Advising clients on technical solutions and building long-term partnerships based on trust and understanding of their business needs. - Supporting the development team in solving technical challenges and helping them grow both technically and professionally. - Making key architectural decisions and driving the technical direction of the project. - Defining features and implementation specifications based on business requirements. - Developing high-quality software for complex back-end systems and APIs will be your bread and butter. - Delivering intuitive, fast, and engaging web experiences. - Enhancing product quality with your thoughtful modifications (yes, nitpicking is encouraged!). - Deploying software to the cloud and managing DevOps processes. - Handling tasks that keep our work smooth and efficient: fixing bugs, adding automated tests, and improving usability. - No need to worry about slip-ups – our code-review and CI/CD pipelines won’t let any “DROP DATABASE production” moments happen 🙃.
