We’re looking for new team members who join the team working on a project in the area of IT/AI infrastructure management. We are building the operational layer for compute infrastructure from scratch - from provisioning and cluster configuration, through CI/CD and artifact registries, to secure management of access, secrets and the service lifecycle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
•
Building Next-Gen Infrastructure: designing and building from scratch the operational layer for AI and compute infrastructure, handling everything from provisioning and cluster configuration to access management, secrets, and the service lifecycle
• Core Platform Management: you will build and maintain foundational platform components, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, artifact registries, and identity and secrets management systems
• Infrastructure as Code and Automation: driving full-stack environment automation by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and streamlining operational processes for engineering and operations teams
• Practical Development and Integrations: you will leverage Python and Bash to build smart automations, integrate platform systems, and handle batch operations such as automated data migrations and synchronizations
• Production Security & Stability: ensuring end-to-end supply chain security, achieving high deployment repeatability, and maintain the performance and rock-solid stability of production environments
YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE
• Proven ability to install and administer Kubernetes clusters, including configuration of the network layer (CNI, Network Policies) and integrations (Gateway API, Ingress Controllers, CoreDNS, etc.), observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry), as well as performance monitoring and day-to-day maintenance
•
Hands-on work with Infrastructure as Code tools, in particular Helm, Kubectl and/or Kustomize for managing Kubernetes clusters, ArgoCD / Flux for deployment automation, and Terraform / Ansible for building server infrastructure
• Automation skills in Python and Bash at a level that allows creating internal tools, operational scripts, batch processes, and automation of application building, testing and deployment
• Background in designing / maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, including implementing reusable pipeline components and working with self-hosted CI/CD agent infrastructure
• Proficiency with container / artifact registries (Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor, etc.) and with supply chain security principles: image scanning, dependency control, artifact signing, enforcing the use of approved base images, attestation and provenance
• Knowledge of OIDC/SSO integration and IdP solutions (Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, Auth0), as well as of authentication delegation mechanisms
Track record in secrets management and their secure provisioning in Kubernetes clusters, e.g. using solutions such as Hashicorp Vault, operators or CSI drivers
• Knowledge and understanding of the elements of the testing pyramid and of software security processes, in the context of placing and implementing them in CICD pipelines, observability mechanisms, and the rules of work in the code-review / pull-request approval process
• English at B2+ level or higher
NICE TO HAVE
• Use of AI tools supporting day-to-day engineering work, e.g. GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude Code or similar, while maintaining critical assessment of generated changes and the organization's security rules
• Exposure to air-gapped environments, including internal artifact registries, dependency mirroring and limited access to external services
• Familiarity with regulated environments or ones subject to data residency requirements, e.g. public, defense, financial, medical sector, critical infrastructure or sovereign cloud
