Senior Power Platform Developer

• Industry: banking • Rate: 155-170 pln/h net + VAT, B2B • Location: Gdynia - hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office) Introduction & Summary We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in integrating core platform mastery, advanced low-code solutions, and SQL data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in crafting complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps, while showcasing innovation through AI and Power BI insights. This role demands a strong understanding of client-side logic and performance optimization in app development. Main Responsibilities • Architect complex Canvas apps focused on performance optimization and offline sync. • Design resilient cloud flows using advanced error handling techniques. • Implement client-side logic for Model-Driven forms. • Utilize the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) to build custom UI controls. • Develop advanced SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Views for data management. • Conduct complex data migrations seamlessly. Key Requirements • Power Platform Core Mastery (Advanced Low-Code) • Extensive experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps. • Proficiency in designing flows with Power Automate. • Strong knowledge of SQL for data management and migration tasks. • Demonstrated experience in performance optimization techniques. Nice to Have • Experience with Power BI Cloud • Embedding analytics within Power Apps • Skills in data modeling and DAX for KPIs • Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) configurations • Familiarity with dataflows and Power Query Online
