Senior Python Developer

O projekcie: Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for Senior Python Developer  to join one of our teams. About the Role: Our partner and client offers a cloud-based enterprise software solution for financial institutions, focusing on mortgage loan investments. The role is backend-focused, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with Python 3. - Strong experience with Django and Django REST Framework is a big advantage. - Proven track record in building scalable, secure RESTful APIs. - Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. - Strong knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent). - Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization is a plus. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead integration projects with external partners. Codzienne zadania: - Lead integrations with client’s third-party vendors and partners, ensuring smooth and reliable connectivity between external systems and client’s platform. - Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs that support business needs and integrations. - Develop and optimize backend systems, database schemas, and server-side logic for high-performance cloud applications. - Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to implement best practices for security, scalability, and reliability. - Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring of junior developers. - Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent) to deploy, monitor, and maintain backend services. - Optimize caching strategies and system performance using Redis or similar technologies.
