O projekcie: For our client, one of the Banking company we realize a recruitment process for Senior Python Developer role. Project description: - We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer who combines strong engineering skills with analytical thinking and curiosity about AI-assisted development. - In this role you will not only contribute to building and improving credit solutions, but also act as a technical enabler for the team - supporting analytical work, experimenting with AI tools that accelerate development, and ensuring smooth team collaboration when needed. - This is a senior consulting role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership of delivery from requirements to production, improving how teams work, and applying modern tooling to software development. Wymagania: - Higher education level within IT or related fields are prefered  - Over 5 years of experience as Python Developer  - Solid analytical mindset and ability to work with complex business domains.  - Practical experience using AI tools in software development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants, AI-driven testing or analysis).  - Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.  - Comfortable using Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking.  - Ability to temporarily support team coordination or Scrum ceremonies when needed.  - It is nice to have the knowledge of data analytics/data engineering or ML/AI frameworks Codzienne zadania: - Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools that validate critical data flows in the credit decision process and support quality assurance of externally delivered frontend functionality.  - Support analytical work on external financial and macro-economic data sources (e.g., IMF, World Bank, EU, S&P) including data extraction, mapping and feasibility analysis.  - Explore and apply AI tools that improve developer productivity (e.g. code generation, analysis, testing support).  - Collaborate with analysts and product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.  - Support the team in maintaining high engineering standards and code quality.  - When needed, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help maintain Jira workflow to ensure smooth delivery.  - Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
