Senior Python Developer (FastAPI)

We are currently looking for a Senior Python Developer with very strong FastAPI expertise to join a startup team developing an innovative AI-based platform dedicated to legal professionals. The solution automates the analysis of legal documents, extracts key information, and reduces document review time by up to several dozen percent. Thanks to advanced AI tools, users can analyze large sets of documents based on checklists and procedures, significantly speed up contract reviews, and quickly search for critical information in case files. The project is long-term, full-time, and delivered in a dynamic startup environment. You will join a small, agile development team where you will have a real impact on product architecture and future development. Responsibilities: • Designing and implementing APIs using FastAPI • Backend development in Python with modern asynchronous solutions • Integration with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases • Managing authorization and authentication processes (Auth0) • Optimizing application performance and supporting the implementation of AI-driven features • Close collaboration with the Product and ML/AI teams Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python development • Hands-on experience with FastAPI and API architecture design • Knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL • Experience with asynchronous programming • Familiarity with Auth0 • English proficiency at B2/C1 level (communication in an international team) Nice to have: • Knowledge of Next.js • Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex We offer: • Long-term B2B contract • 100% remote work • Work in a dynamic startup environment using modern technologies • Real influence on product development and system architecture • Collaboration with an international team TQLO Sp. z o.o. – Recruitment Agency (KRAZ no. 33580)
