Senior Python Engineer – Algorithms

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Python development
Excellent knowledge of Python
Strong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
Very good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
Experience designing complex and scalable software systems
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Very good English and Polish
Availability for on-site onboarding in Warsaw during the first week of cooperation
Very good English and Polish

O projekcie:
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Python Engineer – Algorithms.

Zakres obowiązków:
Developing advanced software solutions in Python
Designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
Creating and optimizing algorithms used to solve complex operational problems
Developing data-driven logic, heuristics, and decision-making mechanisms
Working on performance optimization and computationally complex problems
Designing and developing APIs and integrations with external systems
Testing and validating developed solutions
Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
