About us
We are a young, fast-growing SaaS company (80% YoY) specializing in Data and Analytics Engineering. Our product, Sublime, is a multi-tenant analytics platform for e-commerce, DTC and subscription businesses. We currently provide services to clients from Poland and the USA. By joining us, you will gain a unique opportunity to shape our technology, product and way of working.
Our platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, built with tools such as BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, Apache Superset, Terraform and GitLab CI. The Sublime app (React + FastAPI) delivers AI-generated insights powered by Anthropic Claude, and we use Claude Code in our everyday development.
Wymagania:
You are the perfect fit if you have: - 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience- 3+ years of commercial experience with Python (backend/API)- 3+ years of experience with a public cloud (preferably GCP) and hands-on experience with Terraform- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containers (Docker, GitLab CI, Cloud Run or similar)- Experience integrating applications with cloud services (cloud APIs, service accounts and IAM, automated provisioning)- Practical experience with AI-assisted development (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, MCP) and the judgement to critically evaluate AI-generated code- A security mindset (IAM, secrets, client data isolation)- Fluency in Polish and EnglishYou will earn extra points for: - Familiarity with our data stack (BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, Apache Superset) and SQL- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS (e.g. Postgres Row-Level Security)- Familiarity with FastAPI and React/TypeScript- Experience with observability and cloud cost optimization- Experience with LLMs in production (evals, prompt management)- Experience with Apache Superset or other BI tools- Experience working in a startup or small teamWe would like to offer you: - Startup atmosphere and real influence on our technology choices- Hybrid working model and flexible working hours- Solid salary - 20k+ (B2B or equivalent) based on experience- Office in an old house in the city center (Old Mokotów)- Small, hands-on team with zero bureaucracy
Codzienne zadania:
- Work side by side with our 3 founders, each with 10+ years of experience in building scalable data products or scaling up startups
- Build and maintain the integration between our web application and Google Cloud, so that processes such as client onboarding and environment setup run automatically from the app
- Develop and maintain our Google Cloud infrastructure (IAM, security, reliability and cost) using Terraform
- Automate our engineering processes (CI/CD, testing, deployments, client provisioning) and turn manual operational work into product features
- Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews, especially where the application meets the cloud
- Develop our stack hands-on every day (Python, SQL, Terraform, TypeScript)
