Wymagania: - Experience: 5+ years in backend development with Python. - Location: Based in Warsaw (hybrid/office). - Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python 3 (Asyncio) and performance optimization. - API: Strong experience with FastAPI and building scalable, high-traffic APIs. - Databases: Advanced PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing strategy, query optimization via EXPLAIN). - Async Task Processing: Hands-on experience with Celery (Redis / RabbitMQ). - Database Migrations: Proficiency in Alembic or Yoyo. - DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and AWS (ECS / EC2); basic networking knowledge. Reliability: Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and debugging in high-load production environments. Codzienne zadania: - Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services. - Analyze bottlenecks and optimize code/queries for maximum stability. - Design and support complex asynchronous workflows using Celery. - Shape the infrastructure and deployment processes in AWS
