We are looking for an experienced Go Developer who enjoys building scalable applications, developing internal engineering tools, and solving complex technical challenges.
You will join an international team working on modern software solutions supporting engineering processes and automation initiatives. The role is primarily focused on software development in Go, with some exposure to DevOps practices, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Your responsibilities
• Design and develop backend services and internal tools using Go.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and software developers across multiple teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Support automation initiatives improving software delivery processes.
• Work with containerized applications and cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and development tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments.
Must have
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang).
• Experience designing and developing backend applications, APIs, or engineering tools.
• Good understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and container-based development.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
Nice to have
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with software delivery automation.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, .NET, Node.js or TypeScript ecosystems.
• Experience with open-source projects.
