Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

O projekcie: - Fully remote position - Professional training programs – including Udemy and other development plans Wymagania: We are looking for experienced team player to fill the position of Senior Ruby on Rails Developer and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the storage industry. - 5 - 8 years of professional Ruby on Rails experience. - Deep expertise in Rails: ActiveRecord, Polymorphism, STI, APIs, and MVC structure - Good to have experience with Docker, AWS, and performance optimization - English at min. B2 level Codzienne zadania: - Lead development with strong hands-on experience in Ruby and OOP principles - Write clean, modular code using DRY principles and RSpec for robust testing - Design and manage scalable SQL databases (PostgreSQL) - Build reliable background jobs using Sidekiq and Redis (idempotent design) - Optimize performance with caching (page & fragment level) - Collaborate with React front-end and oversee code reviews for quality
