O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Rust Developer to join the team responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performance transaction system operating within the capital markets environment.
In this role, you will design and implement new functionalities, improve existing solutions, and contribute to building a reliable, scalable, and low-latency trading platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver mission-critical software.
Wymagania:
At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience with Rust.
Strong understanding of distributed systems.
Experience with systems programming and functional programming concepts.
Good knowledge of network communication protocols.
Experience working with Docker and Linux.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design efficient solutions.
Experience optimizing software for performance and resource efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Communicative level of English.
Optional
Experience working in financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Experience with code quality and static analysis tools.
Familiarity with technical documentation standards
