Opportunity Type: 3-Month Internship or Permanent Position What you’ll be doing: • Developing and customizing the Salesforce platform to suit the client’s needs • Designing innovative cloud and mobile applications built using the Salesforce platform for companies from different industries • Integrating Salesforce with other systems e.g. ERP, billing, call center • Preparing project documentation • Working directly with our international clients, creating applications tailored to the client’s needs • Integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services and APIs • Supporting the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery • Leading business discussions and Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements • Applying best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications • Working closely with other developers in the team, business analysts, QA analysts, and project managers • Being a mentor for junior developers What will you need? • At least 5 years of experience in developing technology solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Development best practices: version control, testing, code quality  • Having a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Patterns and Software Design Patterns • Knowledge of development lifecycle patterns CI/CD, Salesforce metadata, and SFDX • Experience in developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems • Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1) • Good communication skills • Good understanding of the Agile software delivery process (Scrum/Kanban) Nice to have: • Salesforce certificates: Industries CPQ developer, OmniStudio, Revenue Cloud • Hands-on experience in Salesforce industries (Vlocity) What we offer: • 🏡 Work Your Way: Hybrid, or in our (pet-friendly)office – your choice. • 💻 Gear Support: We help with equipment and extras. • 🤝 Onboarding Buddy: A supportive start for you. • 🚀 Agile Teams: Small, dynamic, Scrum-driven. • 📚 Learning Culture: Certifications and mentorship.
