Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record in ITSM projects. Advanced proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, AngularJS) and ServiceNow tool configuration. In-depth experience in system/process automation and orchestration within ServiceNow. Strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external platforms using REST/SOAP, JSON, JDBC, and web-based protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mandatory ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts. Mile widziane: Understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow. Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks; ITIL certification is an advantage. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and network protocols. Strong presentation and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders in a collaborative manner. O projekcie: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enable seamless IT Service Management (ITSM) and process automation across the organization. This position is crucial in supporting HCLTech’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and superior client delivery by leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to drive digital transformation and efficiency. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the end-to-end development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Design and customize core ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflow management. Develop and implement advanced scripts, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and custom modules to enhance platform functionality. Support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment, including updates to CMS, dictionary, catalog items, and system integrations. Automate business processes and orchestrate system workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration and integration capabilities. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services (REST/SOAP), XML, HTML, AJAX, and other web-based technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and provide expert guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of ServiceNow solutions. Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution and delivery. Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, to support global operations.
