Senior ServiceNow Engineer

O projekcie: Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. Our client specializing in custom software development and technology consulting for international clients. We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB and HAM, with a strong focus on Discovery. Location: 100% remote Salary: 140-165 PLN net+VAT/h; B2B 3-month project, with the possibility of extension - Salary based on B2B contract (via Devire) - 100% remote - Benefits package (medical healthcare, sports membership, etc.) - Possibility to cooperate with an international company with a stable market position Wymagania: - Senior-level profile – preferably - Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow - Very strong practical experience in the priority areas: - CMDB - HAM Pro - Discovery - Agent Client Collector - Proven ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, especially Discovery-related errors - Strong scripting skills supporting CMDB / HAM / Discovery use cases - Very good knowledge of JavaScript, especially in ServiceNow scripting - Experience developing and maintaining: - Ability to build workflows and automation using:Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub Codzienne zadania: - Configuration, remediation and development of ServiceNow solutions with primary focus on CMDB, HAM and Discovery - Identification and remediation of Discovery errors and related data quality issues - Advanced troubleshooting within ServiceNow, especially in CMDB / HAM / Discovery - Development and optimisation of scripts supporting CMDB, HAM and Discovery areas - Independent delivery of technical tasks in line with ServiceNow best practices - Close cooperation with business stakeholders and subject matter experts - Documentation of implemented solutions and progress reporting
