Opis stanowiska
We are currently looking for a Senior Software Development Manager / Tech Lead (.NET) to join an international technology project. This role is suited for a highly experienced, hands-on technical leader who enjoys building and scaling engineering teams, shaping architecture, and working closely with developers and business stakeholders in a global environment. Responsibilities: • Lead, organize, and mentor multiple development teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA) • Act as a hands-on Tech Lead, actively involved in technical decisions and code reviews • Design, consult, and oversee solution architectures based on .NET and cloud technologies • Coordinate technical work across several teams and parallel projects • Recruit, onboard, and staff projects with existing and new team members • Translate business requirements into clear and effective technical solutions • Work closely with developers, discussing implementation details and best practices • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, test automation, monitoring, and deployment processes • Monitor delivery progress, report KPIs, risks, and technical dependencies • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders (Europe, USA, APAC) • Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement Requirements: • 8–10+ years of commercial experience in software development • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Tech Lead / Software Development Manager) • Strong hands-on knowledge of .NET Core, microservices architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing • Hands-on experience with Node.js or React, including active coding, in-depth code reviews, and solving complex production-level technical challenges. • Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP) • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines • Ability to lead teams while remaining technically involved • Experience working with distributed and international teams • Strong understanding of Agile / DevOps practices (Scrum, Kanban, ITIL v4) • Higher technical education (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) • English level C1 (minimum B2+) What We Offer: • B2B cooperation with SHIMI • Rate: 160-175 PLN/h nett • Remote work or hybrid model (Warsaw) • Standard working hours (9:00–17:00) with occasional flexibility • Availability ASAP (possible flexibility in start date) • Participation in large-scale, international technology projects • Real influence on technical strategy and architecture • High level of autonomy and decision-making • Benefits: Multisport card and private medical care
