If a feature breaks or a customer is stuck, you’re the one who sees the fix through, regardless of where the problem sits in the stack. - Navigate real complexity: We aren’t doing simple CRUD work. You will be untangling massive systems and solving high-stakes puzzles that require creative thinking and the grit to push through frustration. - Be a "whatever it takes" engineer: You are flexible. If the frontend lead is out or an infra fire starts, you’re ready to jump in, learn what you don't know, and clear the path for the team. - Treat AI as a teammate: We use AI tools daily to move faster.
