Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Nasze wymagania: A technical degree and a solid foundation in software engineering. At least 3 years of experience as a Java developer, with knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate and REST API. Experience working with containerization, CI/CD and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). Good knowledge of Java, Maven, Linux/Unix and engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID). Ability to prepare unit tests and work with microservices based architectures. Fluent English skills. Nice to have: experience with cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) and an interest in developing skills in AI assisted development. Your Role In this role, you will develop and maintain backend solutions in Java and Spring Boot, working on new features as well as modernizing existing systems. You will collaborate closely with technical and product teams, take part in architectural design, and integrate applications with cloud services. You can expect to work in an international environment with a high degree of technical autonomy and real impact on the solutions being delivered. In your daily work, you will also use tools that support development, including AI assisted coding — wherever they support the team in working more efficiently. We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk! Zakres obowiązków: Design, develop and deploy backend solutions in Java + Spring Boot, with a focus on scalability and readable, maintainable code. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and help shape engineering best practices. Participate in architecture design and code reviews, applying Clean Code, SOLID, TDD and DDD principles. Collaborate daily with product, architecture, and technical teams to deliver business value. Support less experienced developers and actively share knowledge within the team. Integrate applications with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). Use AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) where they make analysis, automation or delivery easier.
