How you will get the job done • contributing to the preliminary work on solutions supported by Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and others to review the feasibility and high-level estimation • developing code and automated tests for test cases to meet the expected functionality and acceptance criteria • ensuring the code produced by the team is managed properly, peer-reviewed and meets expected standards by participation in the code review process • supporting deployment of the application to higher environments by following and supporting enchantment of the CI/CD process as necessary • creating documentation for the project and product features developed by a team in accordance with accepted standards • analyzing reported defects and incidents and work on resolving these as per the appropriate priority agreed upon within the team • learning how to interview and assess candidates to help build a diverse and talented team • understanding and effectively participating in the core processes of the team (planning, bug fixing, metrics review, etc.) • developing code with high-quality standards, ensuring that the code is error-free Skills and experience you will need • fluent English • min. 5 years of experience in a similar position • experience in programming with the Java and Spring Boot framework • experience in SQL and NoSQL databases • experience in using IDE and CI/CD related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Git, Docker) • strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • being able to share new ideas and being open to learning • ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑disciplinary teams Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
