Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in software development, including delivery of web-based applications - Experience with microservices architecture and designing cloud-native systems - Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working across dev, IT, and product teams, proactive, curious, and action-oriented - English (B2-C1) Zakres obowiązków: - Take ownership of designing and building new features across the full technology stack, focusing on usability, performance, scalability, and security - Manage complex components end-to-end, contribute to architecture and design discussions, and ensure best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD - Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and development teams to translate business requirements into reliable, cloud-native solutions on AWS - Develop cloud-native applications and services that are intuitive, performant, and scalable for end users - Implement solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack in AWS, following high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment automation - Influence architecture, framework, and design decisions, proposing improvements that align with project goals - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies—planning, grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives—to deliver iterative, incremental value - Ensure maintainable, secure, and high-quality code through code reviews, pair programming, and adherence to standards - Contribute throughout the software lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance - Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and contract) to safeguard critical paths - Support containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for reliable, repeatable deployments - Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements - Produce clear technical documentation for features, services, and interfaces - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing best practices and raising team-wide standards Oferujemy: - Annual bonus - 5% - Medicover - Insurance - Mutisport card
