In this role, you will: * Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment * Be a part of a push to improve the product delivery process * Drive the development and execution of technical strategies and initiatives to improve the quality of our product * Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering decisions align with user needs * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the timely delivery of relevant features * Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and usability of our Marketplace products * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving operational efficiency * Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the team * Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives
