Senior Software Engineer - Team Leader, AVP

Nasze wymagania: B.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical course of study required. MS degree strongly preferred. At least 7 years of experience with full lifecycle of project development for Java applications from similar industry and 2 years of experience in leading the team Strong skills in core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks using Agile methodologies and SQL database Experience in backend technologies like Kafka, Microservices At least 1-2 years of experience leading a team of 6 -10 people (this includes managing employee through whole life cycle from hiring to offboarding) Mile widziane: Experience / understanding of Kubernetes and experience with a cloud platform: Azure, etc. Experience with Snowflake Experience with object-oriented programming Relational databases (RDBMS), scripting and new/advanced programming languages Experience Frontend technologies like React, Angular Experience in financial services developing solutions for Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR or Wealth Management O projekcie: Who we are: Charles River Development (CRD) is the FinTech division of State Street. Summary: Act as Senior Java Software Engineer and Team Lead responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of one or more Alpha/Charles River Development modules or components of an agile scrum team.
