Zakres obowiązków: Lead the Warsaw site teams responsible for adapting and creating hardware and software for new Emergent AI products in close collaboration with other hardware and software teams in the cloud. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional development. Partner closely with tech leads, tech lead managers, and engineering managers across the organization to deliver high-impact results. Navigate distributed operations across the US, Asia, and Europe, guiding engineers as they collaborate across continents to build a brand-new AI Infrastructure product. Be involved in hardware/software strategy and support of external customer needs and issues with the product.
