Senior System - Business Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, solution design, or business-system analysis Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN Ability to read and analyze Java / Spring code Practical knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) – reading and writing queries Experience with MongoDB Good understanding of microservices, event-driven, and monolithic architectures Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations Experience working with DevOps practices Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Fluent English communication skills Mile widziane: Experience with AWS Ability to read React or Angular code Experience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with modeling and design tools (e.g. Figma) Previous experience in CRM or Finance domain O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior System / Business Analyst with a strong technical and analytical background to join the CRM & Finance team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, driving the analysis and design of complex system solutions in a modern enterprise environment. You will be responsible for shaping technical concepts, analyzing legacy systems, supporting architectural decisions, and ensuring end-to-end solution consistency and quality. The project involves work within distributed systems and integrations across CRM and financial platforms, in close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Zakres obowiązków: Act as the main link between business stakeholders and IT teams Gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements Design system solutions, integrations, and data models Prepare functional and technical documentation Conduct reverse engineering and analysis of legacy systems Support and participate in technical decision-making processes Ensure consistency and quality of end-to-end solutions Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and requirements clarification Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and project activities
