The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.   Role Overview We are building a SaaS platform focused on time tracking and GPS‑based workforce and fleet management. The product combines software with hardware integrations and serves companies operating in the field, relying on real‑time data and high system reliability. We are looking for a Tech Lead Full‑Stack Developer who will take ownership of the technical direction of the platform, make key architectural decisions, and work closely with the founder to support long‑term growth. Responsibilities • Technical ownership of the SaaS platform (backend, frontend, architecture) • Designing, developing, and scaling systems that process real‑time data • Defining and executing long‑term technical and architectural strategy • Hands‑on development combined with code reviews and best‑practice enforcement • Mentoring and supporting other engineers • Close collaboration with the founder and business stakeholders • Integrations with external systems and GPS hardware (SOAP / REST) • Ensuring high standards of reliability, security, performance, and scalability Requirements • Senior‑level experience as a Full‑Stack Developer or Tech Lead • Strong expertise in .NET and backend architecture • Experience designing and scaling SaaS platforms • Ability to make technical decisions with long‑term product and business impact in mind • High level of ownership, independence, and responsibility • Strong communication skills and fluent English • Product‑oriented, pragmatic engineering mindset Tech Stack Backend & APIs • C#, .NET (Framework 4.8, .NET Core, .NET 6) • MS SQL (Azure), Entity Framework • MongoDB (Atlas), Redis • REST / SOAP APIs, IdentityServer, Firebase Frontend & Mobile • AngularJS, Vue.js 2 (Quasar), TypeScript • Mobile apps built with Cordova (transitioning to React Native) Infrastructure & DevOps • Azure Cloud (Web Apps, Storage) • Azure DevOps, Git • Apple & Android app deployment Domain & Integrations • GPS device integrations (e.g. Teltonika, Digital Matter) • IoT / telematics systems • Real‑time data processing Whats in it for you? • Join for a role, stay for the development: More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
