Opis stanowiska
Wymagania: - 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, or IRM modules. - Proficient in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Jelly, Glide API). - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in creating and managing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping (for CMDB). - Hands-on experience with ACLs, workflows, UI policies, and notifications in ServiceNow. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills within the ServiceNow environment. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Nice to Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. - ServiceNow ITSM or IRM Implementation Specialist certification. - Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) frameworks. - Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps, HRSD, or other modules. - Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Codzienne zadania: - Design and develop custom applications and modules in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, or IRM. - Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. - Implement workflows, business rules, and UI customization to enhance the platform’s functionality. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications via APIs and middleware. - Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. - Enhance and support risk management processes using the IRM module, including audits, policies, and control testing. - Perform platform upgrades and implement new features as released by ServiceNow. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. - Document system configurations, processes, and technical details for ongoing support.
