Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Nasze wymagania: Passionate engineer experienced in building and maintaining Java-based services, ideally with Spring framework and microservices architecture. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. Experience with cloud platforms: AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solid understanding of observability practices, performance tuning, and debugging techniques. Broad experience running and optimizing Java-based microservices including database performance queries. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and mentor others. Mile widziane: Experience with message-driven architectures or event sourcing. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to work in a dynamic environment focused on ensuring availability, efficiency, and operational excellence for cloud-native solutions. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Improve the availability, latency, and efficiency of Java microservice-based systems. Split time equally between coding and working with product squads to enforce engineering standards (e.g., logging, monitoring). Optimize microservices performance through database query improvements, reduced response times, and lowered processing overhead. Implement observability tooling and lead performance tuning initiatives for large-scale distributed systems. Provide training for teams on microservice performance improvements, mock incident management, and game days. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
