We're building an AI startup in Katowice, backed by one of the fastest-growing AI channels on YouTube: the David Ondrej channel. Now we're turning that audience into a real product, and we need a developer to build it with us.
You'll join early. That means real ownership: production software that ships to real users, and you're there for all of it, from architecture to launch.
What you'll do
• Play a core role in building our AI startup, writing production software that ships to real users, from architecture to launch
• Build custom internal tools and automations
• Build GitHub repos and software for YouTube videos, a new project for almost every video
• Test the newest AI tools and coding agents
What we're looking for
• Highly technical, a 10x developer even without AI
• Fast and fluent with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• Good English
• Willing to relocate to Katowice and work 100% in person
The basics
• Full-time
• 100% in person in Katowice, Poland
• B2B (umowa o pracę possible after 1–2 months)
Hiring process
• 1–2 interview calls over Google Meet
• Two-day in-person test in Katowice
• 60-day trial period, full-time, at full salary
• Full-time offer
