Project DescriptionWe are looking for Advanced Software Developers to join a project focused on the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-level ICT solutions.The role is particularly relevant for candidates with experience in Schengen Information System (SIS)-related solutions, biometric/document scanning technologies, and Red Hat OpenShift environments.The position is hybrid in Warsaw .- Contract duration: 6 months with an option to extend- Expected start date: 1 October 2026- Work model: Hybrid- Location: Warsaw - English: B2 or higher- Experience: 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role- Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first-cycle higher education, relevant to the position

Wymagania:
Professional Experience- Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Software Developer role.- Experience with the complete lifecycle of at least one software solution, from analysis and design through implementation and deployment.- Proven experience developing enterprise-level software systems.- Experience working in Scrum/Agile development teams.- Experience in providing technical leadership or leading technical teams.Technical Skills- Advanced/expert-level knowledge of software development within the relevant technology domain.- Strong knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML.- Practical experience designing and developing:- Data layer- Business logic layer- UI layer- Ability to effectively document technical solutions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Mandatory CertificationThe candidate must hold at least one of the following:- An advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain, or- An internationally recognised equivalent certification, subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority.Specific Domain ExperienceThe candidate must have experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role in projects involving the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of ICT solutions that meet the following criteria:- Experience with a project that was part of or queried the Schengen Information System (SIS).- Experience with an ICT solution enabling at least one of the following:- Scanning fingerprints (at least two fingers) using the NIST format.- Scanning documents containing MRZ (Machine Readable Zone), such as passports, national IDs, driving licences, visa stickers, or residence permits.- Scanning biometric documents containing RFID chip data, such as passports or national IDs.- Experience working on a project where Red Hat OpenShift was used as the main platform.

Codzienne zadania:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level software solutions within the specified technology domain.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation and deployment.
- Design applications and technical solutions using UML.
- Design and develop the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.
- Develop solutions in Scrum/Agile environments.
- Provide technical leadership and support the work of technical teams.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Analyse complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ICT solutions related to large-scale and mission-critical systems.
