About the Algo team We are a bunch of competitive individuals with strong mathematics foundations and development skills. We are responsible for developing new algorithms that power our trading strategies, mainly focused on market making. We calculate fair prices—what an asset should sell for in the current market—based on incoming data. This is critical for deciding our trading positions, prices, and sizes across various markets. What will you do in the Algo team - Cooperate with quantitative researchers and traders to design new trading algorithms. - Improve existing trading strategies and their trading performance and flexibility - Use your skills to make our algorithms faster and decrease latencies between components
