You will be a member of a self-organized, cross-functional Agile team that focuses not only on delivering core functionality, but also on innovation, product evolution, and shaping the future of our solutions. The team is located across Ukraine and Poland.    WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR   • Develop and maintain features in the Accounting product areas.  • Contribute across the entire development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and design to implementation, test automation, documentation, and ongoing support.  • Collaborate closely with teammates, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality and secure solutions.  • Uphold engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.  • Learn deeply about our Accounting domain and understand how our products support customer outcomes.  • Be open to feedback, mentorship, and knowledge sharing in your team.    YOUR SKILLS  Most importantly, we are looking for someone who sees themselves contributing and thriving in this role.
