Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania:
Technical degree and solid foundations in software engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with Java/JVM‑based technologies.
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven and Git.
Ability to write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito).
Experience with relational (MS SQL/Oracle) or non‑relational (Redis/MongoDB) databases.
Practical experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
Experience with GenAI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) or willingness to actively use them to support your daily development work.
Communicative English and German (min. B1).

Mile widziane:
Eperience with Kubernetes and front-end technologies: Angular or React.

O projekcie:
In this role, you will develop and maintain Java‑based applications that directly support critical business processes, particularly in public services. You will design new features, modernize existing systems, and integrate components deployed in Kubernetes‑based environments, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and domain experts to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. You can expect real influence on how systems evolve, deep exposure to client operations, and the option to use on‑prem AI coding tools where they support the team in working more efficiently. In your daily work, you will also use tools that support development, including AI, wherever they help streamline engineering tasks.

Zakres obowiązków:
Designing, developing and implementing backend applications using Java and modern JVM technologies.
Creating solutions based on good engineering practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, DDD).
Integrating applications with components deployed in Kubernetes environments.
Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Enabling AI‑assisted engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Working in agile, international teams and contributing to shared best practices.
