Software Engineer (React+.NET)

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer (React+.NET) to join a remote development team working on modern, cloud-native applications for the energy sector. Project information: • Type of project: IT Services • Office location: Poland • Work mode: Remote • Working hours: North American working hours – 13:00–21:00 CET, occasionally 15:00–23:00 CET • Budget: 160–170 PLN net/h – B2B • Project length: Long-term • Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability) Project scope: • Develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, .NET, and PostgreSQL • Build and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure containerized environments and microservices architecture • Create scalable backend APIs using .NET (C#) • Design and implement modern React-based frontend components • Write clean, maintainable code following test-driven development (TDD) practices • Implement and maintain automated tests, preferably using Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers in an agile team environment • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions • Actively use GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and quality • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development • Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer with React and .NET • Proficiency in React (hooks, context, React Query, state management) • Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable • Solid knowledge of .NET (C#) and building RESTful APIs • Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with Azure and containerized applications (e.g., Azure Container Apps, AKS, or ACI) • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps • Strong experience with test-driven development (TDD) • Experience with Playwright or similar UI testing frameworks • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in agile development environments • Good English communication skills, minimum B2 Nice to have: • Experience with microservices or distributed architectures • Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or Jira We offer: • Remote working model • Full-time job agreement based on on b2b • Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) • Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) • Life insurance
