We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join the Workforce Management team and contribute to the development of ComPass, a greenfield application designed to replace and enhance existing Workforce Management solutions. Codzienne zadania: - Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, high-performing features. - Design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code following best practices. - Ensure code quality through structured development and review processes. - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security standards. - Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks, ensuring long-term stability of the application. - Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions. - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with project timelines.
