Zakres obowiązków: Develop and communicate the technical roadmap for scaling the Design System while driving innovation through AI integration to meet future organizational and infrastructure needs. Lead a team of Software Engineers responsible for core infrastructure, providing regular coaching, performance management, and career development tailored to individual growth. Establish and maintain partnerships with the YouTube Ads business vertical and cross-functional teams (UX, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers) to ensure technical alignment with product and business goals. Architect and vet systems within the core infrastructure scope, ensuring the technical foundation. Ensure technical quality by reviewing code and system designs for accuracy and efficiency, while personally solving highly ambiguous problems through product or system development.
