Proven commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM orchestration or serving tools;
Mandatory, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs);
Practical knowledge of industrial technologies used to build agentic workflows and systems;

Zakres obowiązków:
Designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art (SOTA) Gen AI and agentic systems
Rapid prototyping of AI solutions, tailored specifically for the public administration sector with strict regulatory and market constraints
Deploying and running local models on constrained computational resources, actively optimizing systems across multiple axes
Managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for deployed Gen AI systems
Applying a scientific mindset to solve complex engineering problems using the latest technological advancements
