Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Proficiency in Go and/or PHP (we are also open to JVM engineers willing to pivot). Deep expertise in Microservices and Distributed Systems. Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud-native environments. Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and GraphQL. Solid experience in Unit & E2E Testing and CI/CD pipelines. While the Senior level focuses on technical excellence within a domain, the Staff level takes this further by driving the technical vision and execution for systems preparing to scale by 10x and more. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the design and development of scalable web applications Own architecture and key system design decisions Drive best engineering practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD, DevOps) Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of digital platforms Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features Mentor engineers and support technical growth within the team Contribute to data-driven experimentation and optimization initiatives Oferujemy: B2B cooperation model 25 days of paid annual leave Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in the Warsaw office Opportunity to work on scalable, high-impact products used at global scale
