Zakres obowiązków: - Define and evolve the long-term architecture of a scalable, multi-tenant integrations platform. - Lead complex cross-domain technical initiatives across microservices. - Establish backend engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. - Drive reliability, scalability, performance, and observability across services. - Improve engineering effectiveness through CI/CD optimization and measurable delivery performance (e.g., DORA metrics). - Author and review technical design documents (RFCs, ADRs) to ensure high-quality decision-making. - Act as a technical multiplier by mentoring senior engineers and elevating design discussions. - Champion the effective use of AI-powered development tools across the organization.
