Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
We are looking for a Staff Python Engineer to join a greenfield initiative building a large-scale distributed backend platform for advanced manufacturing environments.
The role focuses on defining system architecture, APIs, and data flows for highly scalable, event-driven systems with complex integrations and strong reliability requirements.
Wymagania:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive Python development
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems
- Strong software architecture and system design expertise
- Deep understanding of microservices and distributed system patterns
- Experience designing scalable APIs and enterprise integrations
- Strong database design and data modeling skills
- Experience with concurrency, performance optimization, and high-availability systems
- Ability to make architectural decisions and balance technical trade-offs
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with MES / manufacturing / industrial systems- Knowledge of BOM, MRP, shopfloor, traceability- Exposure to IoT / hardware integrations- Experience with data streaming / cloud-native systems
