As a Staff Software Engineer (with Kotlin/Java), you will play a key role in a cross-functional engineering team, shaping, scaling, and delivering robust e-commerce applications. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and providing impactful solutions. Drive clean, maintainable, and performant systems using best practices. Contribute hands-on to the codebase when needed and guide technical discussions. Set technical strategy anticipating future platform needs. Partner with Product, Design, UX, and Program Management to align goals and deliver roadmap objectives. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to balance product and technical priorities. Identify dependencies and remove blockers across engineering, design, and product. Promote engineering efficiency, automation, and re-use through design patterns and modern practices. Define and measure KPIs to track team performance and business impact.
