Nasze wymagania: 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fi eld. 💼 Experience: Documented experience in Backend Development and DevOps practices. We do not count years, we evaluate projects and skills. ⭐ Highly desirable: Experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning models or complex, queue-based distributed systems. 🛠 Technical Skills: Strong profi ciency in Python and backend frameworks. Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Linux server architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management. Knowledge of at least one pipeline orchestration stack (Airfl ow/Argo/Luigi/Temporal/Hatchet etc.) and message broker (eg. RabbitMQ). 🤖 Familiarity with serving large language models (e.g., SGLang) or LLM agentic frameworks is a strong plus. Zakres obowiązków: We are looking for a motivated DevOps & Backend Engineer to join the ImpactAI team and take ownership of the infrastructure behind innovative, AI-driven systems developed in the Institute. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational deployment, responsible for maintaining the backend architecture, managing system deployments (often focusing on secure, on-premise environments), and ensuring the high availability of our runtime platforms. As the system evolves, you will play a critical part in designing scalable solutions and seamlessly integrating new AI components (such as LLMs, Computer vision and OCR pipelines) into our existing architecture.
