Team Lead- Software Engineer
BigTime is looking for an experienced Team Lead- Software Engineer to lead and grow a team building the future of AI-powered software.
This role combines people leadership, technical ownership and AI innovation. You’ll mentor engineers, drive delivery and help shape next-generation AI solutions used by thousands of professional services companies worldwide.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers
• Support hiring, development and performance conversations
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
Technical Leadership
• Drive architecture and delivery for AI-powered systems
• Guide engineering best practices across scalable distributed services
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders
AI & Platform Development
• Build AI and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP and A2A
• Design scalable, secure and observable AI services
• Explore new AI technologies and bring ideas into production

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Strong experience with distributed systems and SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms
• Experience with AI/LLM systems or strong interest in agentic AI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership
