Tech Lead (Java)

Nasze wymagania: Experience of leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment. 7+ years of experience in designing, developing and operating distributed systems written in Java. Designing and developing microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Core Java and Spring (Hystrix, Eureka, Zuul, Sleuth, Feign, Ribbon). Experience using microservices (REST APIs). Experience using Apache Beam and Apache Flink. Cloud knowledge (preferred GCP). Experience with test driven development. Solid knowledge of DevOps practices. Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Mile widziane: Experience of distributed applications using in-memory stores, e.g. Redis. Familiar with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible. Knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PgSQL). Zakres obowiązków: As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team: this means designing the service as well as setting the technical direction for the service. Be responsible for both the development and maintenance of the microservices in Counterparty Credit Risk. Be expected to cut code as well as be the technical lead. Work with overall delivery manager and other technical leads to evolve the architecture of the new system. Lead and mentor the team that will be covering all aspects of delivering software to your users: development, automating testing and deployment of small and frequent releases. Ensure production availability of your service – if you build a service, you own the service. Ensure software is developed up to highest standards matching modern software development principles: SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI.
