Right now, we are looking for a Java Engineer for our US client, offering a real-time data integration and streaming solution. The platform enables organizations to seamlessly connect various data sources and destinations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It offers over 150 connectors, facilitating continuous data movement with low latency and high throughput. The platform supports change data capture (CDC) from numerous databases, allowing for real-time data replication without downtime. Wymagania: - 10+ years in software development with a deep focus on Java and Node.js. - Demonstrated ability to support production releases across international time zones (North America and Europe). - Practice with building and managing multi-tenant SaaS systems on major public cloud platforms. - A solid understanding of release management within large-scale, complex enterprise organizations. - Project Management proficiency (estimation, planning, and execution while strictly adhering to enterprise release management protocols). - Strong understanding of databases: consistency models, SQL, NoSQL, distributed transactions. - Proven track record in a customer-facing role, particularly in a consulting or software services capacity. Codzienne zadania: - Acting as the primary technical point of contact for production issues across different geographies. You will manage the stability of releases and ensure that the software performs reliably in diverse enterprise environments. - When critical issues arise, you will connect directly with customers to debug and resolve issues within their specific environments. - Leading the design and development of scalable APIs and backend services using Java and Node.js - Architecting and managing multi-tenant SaaS systems on public cloud platforms. - Designing and optimizing data layers utilizing both SQL and NoSQL database technologies. - Taking full ownership of estimating, planning, and executing project deliverables while strictly adhering to enterprise release management protocols. - Driving "Better Coding Practices" across the team through rigorous code reviews and by mentoring junior engineers in technical aspects.
