Opis stanowiska
Zakres obowiązków: - Managing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server systems (physical & virtual) - Mainly remote installing and upgrading server components, software, and virtual machines - Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and prioritizing problem resolution - Monitoring server systems, analysing logs, and carrying out housekeeping tasks - Executing ServiceDesk requests (incident & request handling) - Managing vulnerabilities through patching and configuration improvements - Maintaining documentation on systems, environments, workloads, and capacity - Ensuring compliance with the change management process - Creating and updating technical documentation, manuals, and specifications
