A Skywise Aeronautical Analyst - AIM is responsible for updating and maintaining our digital library of State-published aeronautical information and distributing it to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products. As a member of our AIM team, you will liaise with both internal stakeholders and worldwide aeronautical authorities, to ensure that the AIM library is accurate and complete. Main Responsibilities: • Source, analyse and process state published aeronautical information in a timely manner in accordance with 28 day AIRAC cycle • Update and maintain the digital library of documentation • Perform quality checking processes on other team members entries • Identify and record all discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarification • Identify quality or non-conformance issue(s), escalate appropriately and perform corrective actions (with guidance) • Respond efficiently and effectively with all day-to-day enquiries from external and internal customers • Liaise with internal customers and external data providers to resolve data discrepancies Must Haves: • Demonstrate professional attitude, motivation and enthusiasm towards day-to-day tasks • Show willingness to learn and develop: be responsive and take action on positive and constructive feedback to improve personal performance whilst training and in production • Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, within the team, department and externally • Participate and demonstrate active listening skills in meetings and workshops as requested • Collaborate, share ideas and work effectively to achieve collective team goals • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completeness • Be quality focussed with good attention to detail • Adhere to process and formulate sound decisions based on information presented, and understand when to ask for guidance in unclear situations • Demonstrate ability to manage workload independently and adhere to predetermined deadlines Education: • Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent • Degree in aviation related field is an asset Experience: • Working with document management systems is an asset • Working with aeronautical publications/NOTAMs is an asset Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Additional languages considered an asset Technical Systems Proficiency: • Google suite • Ability to learn bespoke software Selection and Hiring Commitment We thank all applicants for applying.
