AI Automation Engineer (Internal Systems)

O projekcie: Our customer is a leading US healthcare software provider specializing in electronic prescriptions and mission-critical provider tools. While their product team focuses on revolutionizing patient care, we are helping building a dedicated Internal AI Automation Task Force to revolutionize how the work is done. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will not be building the customer-facing app. Instead, you will be the "engineer of the engine." Your mission is to build sophisticated AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate manual toil across Legal, Marketing, Sales, and HR departments. In a highly regulated industry like healthcare, your work will ensure our internal operations are as fast, compliant, and efficient as possible. You will work directly under the guidance of a Senior US Engineering Lead in a high-velocity, "get-it-done" environment. Wymagania: - AI Stack Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Claude ecosystem, including the development of custom Skills, Plugins, and utilizing MCP for connecting AI models to local data and tools. - Technical Proficiency: Strong professional experience in Python. You should be comfortable writing clean, efficient code for integration and automation scripts. - Execution Mindset: A "builder" mentality. You thrive in environments where the goal is to ship functional internal tools quickly rather than over-engineering for a mass-market product. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication. You must be able to explain technical automation logic to non-technical stakeholders in Legal or HR. - Problem Solving: The ability to look at a messy manual spreadsheet or a fragmented email workflow and envision a streamlined, AI-driven alternative. - Healthcare Awareness (Bonus): Familiarity with HIPAA or data privacy considerations is a plus, as our internal workflows must remain compliant with US healthcare regulations. - Working Hours & Collaboration: Due to our partnership with US companies, this role requires significant daily overlap with the US Eastern Time zone (typically a -6 hour difference from Poland). Shift Schedule: Candidates must be comfortable being on later hours (e.g., 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET) to facilitate real-time collaboration, stand-ups, and rapid feedback loops with the US engineering team.  Flexibility: While we prioritize a healthy work-life balance and provide flexibility, the ability to be available during late afternoon and evening hours in Poland is a core requirement for this position to ensure project synchronization and commercial success. Codzienne zadania: - Agent Development: Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex multi-step workflows (e.g., automated contract review for Legal, lead enrichment for Sales, or candidate screening for HR). - Internal Integration: Build and maintain seamless connections between internal tools using Python and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. - System Optimization: Implement and refine Claude-based solutions, utilizing Skills and Plugins to extend the capabilities of LLMs within our ecosystem. - Workflow Mapping: Collaborate with department heads in HR, Sales, and Marketing to identify bottlenecks and translate manual processes into automated technical requirements. - Rapid Prototyping: Ship internal tools at a high cadence, prioritizing functional, "fast-moving" solutions over long-term theoretical research. - Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for all internal automations to ensure stability and scalability.
