Opis stanowiska
The office is located in Paris, France.
The work is divided into: roughly 2 months remote in Poland, 2-3 weeks stationary in the Paris office.
Ideal candidate would be the one willing to move to Paris and work there in the office (hybrid mode as an option).
We are looking for an AI & Digital Innovation Specialist to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Haddad Brands Europe. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, implementing AI-powered solutions, and driving innovation across key functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product Development, Retail, Customer Service, and IT.
Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will drive AI adoption by leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Claude, and other Generative AI technologies, along with automation platforms, to transform business processes, enhance productivity, improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Strategy & Innovation
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases across all business functions.
• Develop the AI roadmap in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation.
Solution Design & Implementation
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Power Platform.
• Build intelligent assistants, copilots, automation workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications (D365, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Business Partnership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
• Define KPIs and measure business value generated by AI initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure AI solutions comply with company security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
• Contribute to AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with IT, Security, and Data teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Adoption & Change Management
• Promote AI adoption through communication, training sessions, user coaching, and documentation.
• Act as an internal AI evangelist and trusted advisor for business users.
• Support users in maximizing the value of AI solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Always ready to get hands-on when needed, whether it's setting up a workstation or investigating an Agent or AI solution issue.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on Microsoft Data & Analytics Expertise, with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics).
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, data quality, and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Retail, environments.
• Experience leading AI adoption or change management initiatives.
Hire process: get to know meeting in Polish followed by a second one, technical oriented within 2 weeks period. Brief English conversation is possible in order to estimate the skills.
