AI Engineer

Nasze wymagania:
Python (3+ years of hands-on experience)
Practical experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Knowledge of Agentic architectures
Background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
Vector Databases and SQL Databases (PostgreSQL)
FastAPI, LangChain
Knowledge of Microservices architecture, API design, Observability, and Concurrency models
Azure and/or GCP – cloud development, deployment, and scaling
Practical experience with TDD and BDD
Strong English communication skills – ability to present technical solutions to business stakeholders

Mile widziane:
Java (regular use) and Spring framework
Redis (KV stores)
Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build)
Container-based development (Docker, Data containers)

Join our client's team, where you'll play a key role in shaping AI-powered solutions for Credit & Lending use cases. Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in financial services – intelligent systems built on LLMs and RAG that bring real insight to complex financial data.
You'll step in as an AI Engineer, working closely with engineers, product managers, and business experts to design, implement, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end. Your role will be central to building reliable, production-grade systems that leverage the latest in LLM and RAG technology – not just execution.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver high-quality, reliable outputs for Credit & Lending use cases.
Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database solutions to unlock insights from complex financial data.
Participate in the full solution lifecycle – from problem discovery and prototyping through to design, implementation, and production deployment.
Apply AI best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability across all models and applications.
Co-author solution designs and architecture; maintain and evolve products in production.
Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) for the development, deployment, and scaling of AI models.
Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to align technical efforts with strategic goals
